We are seeking a Housekeeping Manager to head our housekeeping department, lead a team of supervisors, and up to 45 housekeepers to deliver consistently outstanding standards throughout our guest accommodation.

Leading an operation to deliver 365-days a year, with a long peak season between September and April, your team services 255 guest rooms within our main hotel, lodge, and motels, situated in the stunning Aoraki / Mount Cook National Park, as well as public areas.

With a room turnover of 80% plus per night, t he ideal candidate will balance leadership capability, operational efficiency, staff productivity, and high service standards whilst maintaining cost control.

The Role & Benefits :
