The Role

You'll put your practical skills and compassion into supporting residents with everyday activities such as personal care, assistance at mealtimes, and general care duties that make for happier, healthier living at an Enliven home.

You will work hard, but there are few jobs that will give you the immense satisfaction of working for people who are grateful for your help and who contribute to an enriching working environment.

Hours :

Permanent, part-time.

56 hours per fortnight to be worked as outlined below.

Week 1 : 24 hours per week to be worked 8hrs / day,

• hrs on Monday, Thursday & Friday

Week 2 : 32 hours per week to be worked 8hrs / day,

About You

The ideal applicant will :

Be empathetic, compassionate, and patient

Work well in a team

Enjoy working alongside older people

Be physically fit and strong

Have enthusiasm and a sense of humour

Experience in an aged care environment is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.

Level 3 or 4 Certificate in Health and Wellbeing or equivalent will be an added advantage

Having or willing to get a medication competency is preferred.
