Mackersy Property is on the hunt for an experienced Asset Manager to join their Tauranga-based team. This is a pivotal role focused on maximising asset performance, enhancing tenant satisfaction, and driving long-term value across a diverse commercial property portfolio.

You’ll be working closely with the Head of Asset Management and collaborating across Property, Facilities, Finance, and Investor Relations teams. Your remit will span strategic portfolio planning, lease structuring, capital improvement initiatives, and financial oversight—all with the goal of delivering exceptional outcomes for investors and syndicate directors.

What You’ll Be Doing :

• Crafting and executing asset strategies that drive performance and value.
• Building strong relationships with tenants, syndicate directors, consultants, and agents.
• Advising on asset lifecycle decisions—buy, hold, sell.
• Partnering with leasing agents to minimise vacancies.
• Leading financial planning, budgeting, and rent review processes.
• Representing Mackersy at investor events and industry functions.
