About the opportunity

An excellent opportunity is available for a Property Lawyer to join a small to medium-sized general practice firm in Lower Hutt. You'll work across a broad range of property matters, including residential conveyancing, commercial property transactions, leases, and subdivisions.

The role is ideally suited to a lawyer with 2+ years' PQE who is confident managing their own files. For the right candidate, there is scope to broaden the role to include occasional private client or commercial matters.

About you

You're a capable property lawyer with a minimum of 2 years' PQE, confident in handling your own files. You enjoy working in a collaborative team but also value the independence to manage your own workload and deliver excellent client service. Mentorship and guidance will always be available, ensuring support as you grow and develop in your role.
