A leader in interiors and light commercial construction established by directors from larger contractors, the firm is securing multiple clients and expanding its brand recognition. The company maintains strong relationships with architects and engages experts early to reduce rework, specialising in project and cost management with a hands‑on, "can do" attitude.

Role Overview

Due to a secured project, we need a solution‑focused Site Manager for a project in Palmerston North. The Site Manager will be engaged from early design and build stages, familiarising with all stakeholder inputs and acting as the client front for the project.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the project from early design through to completion, ensuring milestones are met.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors and client stakeholders.
• Provide on‑site leadership and problem solving, including hands‑on involvement when required.
• Oversee programme management, cost control and quality assurance.
• Act as the primary client face, maintaining clear communication and driving decisions.

Salary and Benefits

Salary : $70 - $80 per hour.
