What you’ll build

• Drive business process transformation to adopt Agentic AI.
• Translate insights from our consumers— from field research into design concepts that are consumer‑oriented and technically feasible.
• Consult with product leaders across functions to identify transformation opportunities where agentic AI can create value across hire‑to‑retire processes.
• Collaborate on multidisciplinary projects with HR experts, IT staff, and product managers and engineers.
• Co‑create new workflows and business models enabled by AI agents and automation.
• Analyze collected data and define next steps to achieve the highest level of consumer satisfaction.
• Design mockups and prototypes based on consumer feedback.
• Present results to the program management and leadership team.
