What you'll be doing :

Leading and developing a team of up to 10 awesome people across vehicle sales, retail, and service.

Driving performance to hit (and beat!) site targets - from budgets and sales to customer satisfaction.

Working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am-4 : 30pm.

As the business operates six days a week, we are looking for some flexibility - especially during the buzz of shows and events, where weekend work adds to the variety and excitement of the role.

Keeping everything running smoothly - from a tidy sales yard and stocked retail store, to ensuring vehicles leave our site looking and performing their best.

Building strong relationships with your team, customers, and the wider thl crew.

What we're looking for :

A hands-on leader - someone who leads from the front and inspires others to follow.

Great people skills - you know how to motivate, coach, and bring out the best in your team.

Commercial smarts - confident with various computer systems, budgets, planning, and numbers.

Organised, adaptable, and calm under pressure.
