As Business Manager for Strategy and Corporate Services (SCS), you will play a pivotal role in enabling the Deputy Chief Executive and senior leadership team to deliver on the group's strategic priorities. This is a high-trust, high-impact position that combines planning, governance, and operational oversight with the ability to influence outcomes across a diverse portfolio.
You will lead the development and coordination of business plans, ensure alignment with organisational strategy, and provide assurance on delivery and performance. Working closely with Directors and the Senior Adviser SCS, you'll help shape the operating model, manage critical projects, and maintain visibility of key risks and priorities.
This role is about connecting strategy to execution. You'll provide advice and insights that support decision-making, champion quality standards, and promote collaboration across the wider organisation. From resource planning to governance processes, you'll ensure the right structures are in place to deliver effectively and adapt to changing demands.

Utu a-tau | Salary
The mid-point of the salary range is $155,285 and the full range (85%-120%) is $131,993 - $186,342 per annum. Appointment and remuneration will reflect skills and experience relevant to the role.
