The Role

As General Manager – Property, you’ll play a critical role in driving PMG’s sustainable growth through strong delivery of Net Operating Income, asset performance, and long‑term portfolio value. Reporting to the Group CEO and sitting on the Executive Team, you’ll provide strategic leadership and commercial oversight across PMG’s property portfolio.

Key responsibilities include :

• Leading the development and execution of PMG’s Property Partner of Choice strategy across asset and property management.
• Driving long‑term portfolio planning, lifecycle strategies, and reinvestment priorities.
• Overseeing Asset Management and Facilities Management functions through senior leaders.
• Embedding sustainability and ESG principles across operations and planning.
• Partnering with Investment and Finance teams on reinvestment, development, and acquisition opportunities.
• Building strong external relationships and representing PMG externally across the property industry.
• Leading and developing high‑performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
