Wine Sales Manager – Premium Boutique Winery

Cable Bay Vineyards is a premium boutique winery with vineyards on Waiheke Island and Awatere Valley in Marlborough. With strong demand through our restaurant, bar, and cellar door — and exports to a growing number of international markets, we are seeking a talented Wine Sales Manager to help drive our next phase of growth.

The Opportunity

This is an autonomous, hands‑on position based in Auckland where you’ll :

• Support and strengthen our national distribution partners
• Build and maintain key on‑premise and retail relationships
• Develop and manage direct sales
• Develop new international markets and grow current export channels
• Represent Cable Bay at trade visits, tastings, and selected events
