You’ll lead the AI technology function—developing the architecture, systems, and strategy behind the company's AI capabilities. Partnering closely with internal enablement teams and customer-facing product leaders, you’ll drive innovation in AI delivery while ensuring security, scalability, and ethics are baked into every model and workflow.

Skills & Experience

• 10+ years in software development, including 3+ years in AI leadership
• Proven delivery of AI products or platforms at scale
• Strong expertise in ML, deep learning, NLP, and data infrastructure
• Experience with AI system governance, ethics, and compliance
• Hands‑on leadership in SaaS, cloud, and agile environments
• Skilled communicator able to bridge tech and business priorities
• Background in risk management and continuous improvement
