About the Role

As the Production and Quality Coordinator , you’ll support the Production Manager in all manufacturing and QA operations at our Porirua site. This hands‑on role bridges production and laboratory quality control, ensuring our Crop Protection products meet regulatory and internal standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct active ingredient analysis using HPLC and other QC testing (pH, viscosity, solubility, etc.)
• Support production planning and manufacturing operations
• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System and SOPs
• Coordinate internal and external audits (MPI, WorkSafe)
• Ensure accurate documentation and traceability of QC results
• Promote and uphold health, safety, and emergency procedures
