Leasehold Business Development Manager – Croydon

Location : Croydon

Salary : £50,000 base + 20% commission

We are seeking an ambitious and proactive Leasehold Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Croydon. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven professional with strong knowledge of the leasehold / property sector who can identify new business opportunities, build lasting client relationships, and contribute to the company’s commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, generate, and convert new business opportunities within the leasehold sector
• Develop strong relationships with freeholders, managing agents, developers, and related partners
• Manage and grow a pipeline of prospective clients
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery
• Track performance, analyse trends, and contribute to strategic growth initiatives
