Job Overview

Marsh is seeking an Employee Benefits Administrator to join our Mercer Marsh Benefits team based in our Auckland office. This role involves active management and processing of annual reviews, providing world‑class health and insured benefits related consulting, brokerage and administrative services.

Responsibilities

• Timely and accurate processing of correspondence, letters, invoices, quotations and documentation.
• Premium and adjustment calculations, pre‑renewal and broking meeting documentation.
• Draft policy wordings and endorsements for review by Client Executives.
• Providing technical support to clients and dealing with enquiries via phone or email.
• Client management – planning renewals, updating records, daily communication, arranging medical assessments, drafting policy wording.
