The Role

Housekeepers in Enliven homes don't only dust, clean and mop floors, they play a vital role in the smooth running of a care home and providing a clean and healthy environment for our residents, staff, volunteers and visitors.

This work involves a range of housekeeping and cleaning activities throughout the facility including cleaning resident bedrooms, showers and toilets.Experience cleaning in a residential facility / commercial environment / knowledge of Housekeeping will be an added advantage.

However, a full orientation will be given.

Hours :

The hours of work offered for this position are 26 hours per week to be worked 6.5 hrs / day, 8.30am -3.30pm on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

Able to work unsupervised

Honest and reliable

Able to apply common sense and use your initiative

Have time management skills and able to respond changing circumstances

Enjoy working with a busy team supporting older people

Must be fit and able.
