Senior Business Analyst

About the Role

An excellent opportunity exists for an experienced Business Analyst to join a major HRIS transformation project on a six-month fixed-term contract. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping and delivering key outcomes, ensuring that business needs are well understood, processes are optimised, and system solutions are fit for purpose. It’s a chance to contribute to a significant programme of work that will bring lasting improvements to the organisation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements aligned to project objectives.
• Review and analyse existing processes, identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements to ensure best practice outcomes.
• Contribute to testing activities, including planning, execution, and defect resolution, to confirm solutions meet business needs.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, SMEs, and delivery teams to keep the project on track and milestones achieved.
• Support data-related workstreams, including migration, validation, and cleansing activities.
