Job descriptionMinimum 2-3 years of CNC programming experience Strong understanding of machining techniques and CNC software Excellent attention to detail and quality control standards Good communication skills and a strong work ethic Must hold a valid visa or New Zealand residency Assemble mechanical and electrical machines and components Read and interpret technical drawings and plans Test assembled equipment to ensure quality standards are met Maintain a clean, tidy, and organised work area Complete paperwork accurately and promptly Follow all safety guidelines and procedures Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience Basic knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems (a plus) Excellent communication and process-following ability

CNC Programmer
Key Responsibilities :
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files
- Create CNC programs using appropriate software
- Set up CNC machines and select appropriate tools
- Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure quality output
- Conduct quality checks and measurements of finished parts
- Troubleshoot issues and improve machining processes
- Maintain machines and tools for safe, effective operation
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams
- Support machinists with general workshop duties
