We are seeking an experienced Property Manager on a permanent, full‑time basis. Reporting to the Group Property Manager, you will be responsible for the effective operation and statutory compliance of a property portfolio under the ownership or administration of the Trust. This critical role encompasses facilities management, lease administration, tenant liaison, regulatory compliance, asset maintenance programmes and negotiation of service contracts. You will be instrumental in maintaining high occupancy rates, optimising rental collections and outgoing recoveries, and ensuring the Trust’s properties operate at peak performance while delivering exceptional service to our tenants and stakeholders.
