A bit about the role...In this role not only will you need to have strong personal values which align with ours, you will need a work ethic that is second to none as this will be the true key to your success.As a Team Member at Mitre 10 MEGA Petone you will have the opportunity to be involved across a broad range of areas and will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers.On a daily basis you will be involved in offering our customers an exceptional in store and after sales service, answering their queries and assisting them with their purchasing decisions, stock integrity, merchandising and improving your product knowledge so you can make the customer experience even better.Mitre 10 MEGA Petone is looking for a retail professional with a keen eye for detail and a customer-focused attitude to take on this full time role.Ideally the successful candidates will have a passion for customer service, excellent communication skills, and have an enthusiastic 'can do' attitude!

You will play an essential part in helping our customers select the seasonal products (BBQs, Heating, Outdoor Furniture) that best suit their needs.

For this position we are looking for a candidate who has : Great enthusiasm for customer service and salesGreat work ethic, a can do attitude, and a team playerExcellent verbal and written communication skillsConfidence using a computer and the ability to learn new systems quicklyStrong attention to detail, with the ability to adapt and be flexibleThe physical capabilities to manage the manual handling aspects of this role(manual handling, prolonged standing, ladder use)A good awareness of Health & SafetyKnowledge of plants and garden products is essentialWe are looking for a Full Time Team Member, rostered Sunday - Thursday.If this sounds appealing to you and you think you can deliver on what we seek, then please apply as soon as you can!
