Accounts Officer (NZ) - Work from Home

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented finance professional to support accounts payable and accounts receivable teams, manage data entry, and assist with financial reporting. The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams and adherence to company procedures in a work-from-home, day-shift environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist both accounts payable and accounts receivable staff members in their daily tasks and duties.
• Accurately capture and enter data from supplier bills into relevant systems.
• Code and send out customer invoices promptly, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company procedures.
• Load remittances accurately to ensure timely and accurate recording of payments received.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as operations and customer support, to ensure smooth coordination and communication.
• Utilize Microsoft Suite and 365 Teams for efficient communication, documentation, and collaboration with team members.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of financial transactions and supporting documentation.
• Assist in generating financial reports and providing data for analysis as required.
• Support the finance team in ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.
