The Role
As a therapist at Connect2Care, you will join a multidisciplinary team providing evidence-based services through various delivery models, including telehealth, community visits, and centre-based services.
Referrals may come via NDIS, Medicare, or private clients.
This is a mobile role, with options to work from home or our hubs when not seeing clients.
Responsibilities include :
Assessing and providing interventions for children and adults with disabilities
Working within the NDIS to maximize clients' function, capacity, and social engagement
Assisting with assistive technology assessments, recommendations, and applications (in relevant fields)
Timely documentation and report writing
Managing a varied caseload
Meeting professional expectations, including billables and client management
Building relationships with stakeholders, including therapists, clients, and referral sources
Using leading software platforms and online tools

Weekly 1 : 1 supervision

Requirements
To apply, you should have or be able to obtain :
Relevant tertiary qualifications
Discipline-specific registration (e.g., AHPRA / SPA)
Working with Children Check (WWCC or Blue Card)
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Police and International Police Checks (if applicable)
Driver's license and reliable vehicle
Car insurance
Professional Indemnity & Public Liability insurance
