About the Role
The Fracture Liaison Coordinator has a key role in the delivery of care and service development of a secondary fracture prevention programme. This includes the provision of specialist clinical expertise, in‑patient care and the support of other members of the multidisciplinary team, to ensure a fracture risk assessment and treatment (where appropriate) is delivered to all individuals with fragility fractures.
About you
This is an advanced clinical practice role therefore we are looking for an experienced Healthcare Professional with fracture management experience. The successful person will need experience working within clinical standards, guidelines / pathways / protocols and standing orders to deliver innovative, evidence‑based solutions and patient‑focused care for secondary fracture prevention within a multi‑disciplinary setting. Salary Range
This role is covered by the terms and conditions of the relevant HCP Collective, and the PayScale, determined on relevant experience.
