Excited to be working closely once again with a longstanding client as they search for an experienced Family Solicitor to join their team.

As a full service established mid-sized practice my clients have an excellent reputation in the Christchurch market when it comes servicing their clients.

About the Role :

Ideally suited to a young solicitor with experience in Family Law to join their team (this role is also suitable to candidates at a more senior level.) With practical experience in a legal environment, you will have the desire to continue developing within the family space.

Whilst maintaining a high level of confidence, this role will see you navigating complex files around the Care of Children Act

• , Family Violence Act
• , Family Proceedings Act
• , and Protection Property Rights Act
• ) as well as some relationship property.

About you :

As the successful candidate you will have at least 1-year PQE in Family Law.

With excellent written and verbal communication skills you will be proactive with a strong sense of initiative.

You will be comfortable operating autonomously and have an personable and empathetic approach when it comes dealing with your clients.
