Fundraising Manager - remote, NZ Based

Overview

We’re seeking a passionate, ambitious and talented Fundraising Manager to lead our Individual Giving Team delivering our fundraising activities to maximise the net income of Family’s New Zealand fundraising programme. This includes both growing the existing individual giving programme as well as diversifying the programme to include trusts and foundations, legacies and events. The role also includes developing and strengthening Family's existing UK support base.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll lead our Individual Giving Team in New Zealand, and work closely with the wider global fundraising team and the Sustainability Director to help ensure we can fund our local and global work for children and. If you’re a collaborative professional with experience in Individual Giving, forecasting (including calculating ROI and LTV) budget management, developing and delivering long‑term fundraising strategies, team management and delivering to income targets – we’d love to hear from you!

Details

This is a part‑time role (21‑hours per week). FTE salary range NZ$68,000‑75,000. Remote, New Zealand based – with occasional team meet‑ups.
