About The Role :

You will join a high-performing corporate team working across a broad range of transactions and strategic advisory matters, including :

• Managing workstreams on public and private M&A , joint ventures and restructurings
• Supporting private equity and venture capital investments
• Providing general corporate advisory on the Companies Act, governance and shareholder issues
• Drafting and negotiating key transaction documents - SPAs, SHAs, subscription and JV agreements
• Conducting due diligence and assisting with transaction execution
• Collaborating with partners, clients and stakeholders to deliver commercially sound solutions
• Mentoring junior lawyers where appropriate
• Maintaining strong client relationships and delivering timely, accurate advice

You’ll be given real responsibility from the outset, with meaningful access to partners and clients.
