About The Role :
You will join a high-performing corporate team working across a broad range of transactions and strategic advisory matters, including :
- Managing workstreams on public and private M&A , joint ventures and restructurings
- Supporting private equity and venture capital investments
- Providing general corporate advisory on the Companies Act, governance and shareholder issues
- Drafting and negotiating key transaction documents - SPAs, SHAs, subscription and JV agreements
- Conducting due diligence and assisting with transaction execution
- Collaborating with partners, clients and stakeholders to deliver commercially sound solutions
- Mentoring junior lawyers where appropriate
- Maintaining strong client relationships and delivering timely, accurate advice
You’ll be given real responsibility from the outset, with meaningful access to partners and clients.
Skills & Experience :
