Edger Operator

Overview

Do you enjoy working outdoors and take pride in your work? If so, this is the role for you! We are seeking a Edger Operator to join our Tupuna Maunga Authority Team!

Reporting to the Team Manager and working closely alongside one of our talented Gardeners, you will be responsible for general green space maintenance across multiple Tūpuna Maunga o Tamaki Makaurau (Ancestral Mountains / volcanoes of Auckland) sites. While your role is primarily mowing and edging, you will also be involved in helping the team with planting, weeding, and spraying, whilst making sure things are kept safe for the public, your team, and yourself.

Responsibilities

• Carry out mowing and edging duties as part of general green space maintenance across multiple sites.
• Assist with planting, weeding, and spraying as required.
• Help ensure safety for the public, the team, and yourself.
