About the Role
Successful applicants must be available to work rostered and rotating 8hr shifts 24 / 7 across all 7 days of the week.
Applicants will need to have a passion to care in a kind and empathetic manner and be prepared to work in a busy and challenging environment.

About the Service
As part of the Older Persons and Rehabilitation Service, Rhoda Read cares mostly for post acute patients who have been inpatients at Waikato or Thames hospitals and need time to recover prior to discharge home. Rhoda Read has a rehabilitative focus.
About You
To be successful you must have a current work permit and previous work experience in a New Zealand health care setting. Preference will be given to those who have achieved health related NZQA standards or are undertaking their nursing training. This role includes working under the direction and supervision of the registered nursing team.
