Our workload has expanded somewhat so we need an IT Systems Engineer who can hit the ground running.
You must have exceptional people skills and the ability to tackle any task.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and has hands-on experience with both infrastructure and security platforms.
Responsibilities
Provide Level 2 / 3 support for desktop, server, and network infrastructure.
Manage and maintain Windows Server environments (AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy).
Administer and support Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune and Azure).
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues across desktop and server platforms.
Implement and manage security platforms including Trend Micro, Cloudflare, and other endpoint protection tools.
Monitor and resolve vulnerabilities across systems and networks, ensuring compliance with security best practices.
Assist in IT projects including upgrades, migrations, and deployments.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve technical and security-related issues.
About You
Proven experience in IT support roles with a focus on server and desktop environments.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting.
Experience with security platforms such as Trend Micro, Cloudflare, and vulnerability management tools.
Experience with remote systems monitoring tools.
Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Must hold a current driver's license.
Must have a proven history in similar roles with contactable references.
Preference will be given to New Zealand Citizens.
Relevant IT certifications (e.g., Microsoft, CompTIA Security+, ITIL) are a plus.
