A bit about the roleWe have a part-time Team member position available in the Drive Thru, rostered Thursday - Saturday.ResponsibilitiesDelivering exceptional Customer ServiceProviding technical product information to customersStock replenishmentMaintaining a safe, clean and tidy work environmentQualificationsGood physical fitness to unload, lift, carry and move items.Customer service experience preferred but not a requirement.Valid Full New Zealand Driver Licence; (F) Forklift endorsements preferred but not required.Current OSCH Forklift Certificate, or willingness to obtain.Knowledge or interest to learn about all the products.Knowledge of relevant legislative governances e.g., Health & Safety at Work Act, and act in accordance with them.Understanding of health, safety, and wellness, along with relevant practices within retail and how to keep our team mentally and physically safe, along with our customers.IT competency.If this sounds appealing to you and you think you can deliver on what we seek, then please apply as soon as you can!
