SGE Recruitment and Onboarding Coordinator

As a Group Employment Scheme, we employ apprentices directly and place them with quality host companies to ensure successful on-the-job training that leads to formal qualifications.
We are looking for a Recruitment and Onboarding Coordinator to help set apprentices up for success from day one. This role supports the onboarding and placement readiness of approximately 250 to 300 apprentices every year across five regions. Working across recruitment administration, onboarding coordination, scheduling and logistics, you will help create a seamless start for our apprentices and contribute to continuous improvement across our systems and processes. This role can be based in Auckland or Christchurch.
