About the Auckland System Management (ASM) Alliance

The ASM is an alliance between HEB Construction, Fulton Hogan and Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency to operate and maintain Auckland's motorway network. The Alliance is expected to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders as well as suppliers to deliver exceptional outcomes for customers using the Auckland transport system. Estimated project dates are from July 2019 to June 2028.

The Role

We are seeking a highly organised and creative Human Resources Coordinator to provide support to the ASM across our full employee life cycle.

What you will be doing

As Human Resources Coordinator you will support the smooth delivery of our day-to-day HR operations, including :

• Recruitment
• Onboarding and Offboarding related tasks
• Employee queries and documentation
• Training and Development coordination
• Basic advisory tasks such as policy interpretation, supporting performance processes, and escalating complex issues to HR Advisor.
