We are currently seeking an experienced Parts Advisor for a busy, multi‑brand dealership in Auckland. This is a high‑volume role supporting both retail and trade customers, so if you thrive in a fast‑paced environment, enjoy a busy environment and have a passion for cars, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide expert advice and support to customers regarding vehicle parts and accessories, including trade parts
• Accurately identify, source, and order parts from both in-house and external suppliers
• Maintain an organized inventory and ensure stock levels are managed efficiently
• Deliver exceptional customer service with a professional, friendly approach
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet dealership targets and ensure smooth operations
