Retail Manager

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Retail Manager to join our team Awakeri dairy .

The ideal candidate should be capable of managing the store independently and ensuring smooth day-to-day operation.Responsibilities :

Look after the daily running of the liquor store.

Open and close the store when needed.

Supervise staff to make sure work is done properly and store rules are followed.

Hire and train new staff, make weekly rosters, and check staff performance.

Make sure the store runs smoothly every day.

Check sales and expenses to see how the store is performing.

• .Plan budgets and prepare simple financial reports.
• .Order stock, keep good relationships with suppliers, and get the best prices.

Organize promotions to attract new customers and keep regular ones happy.

Handle customer complaints politely and make sure customers are satisfied.

Always be friendly and helpful to customers.

Requirements :

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a Retail store environment.

Must be able to work a minimum of 30 hours / week, maximum up to 45 hours / week.
