We're on the lookout for a passionate and creative Learning Designer to join us on a 12-month fixed-term journey, focused on uplifting the capability of our Direct Sales channels to drive stronger sales performance.

In this role, you\'ll bring learning to life designing engaging, practical, and impactful learning experiences that build confidence and performance across our direct sales teams and partners. From digital modules to blended and on-the-job learning, you\'ll craft solutions that connect people to purpose, enable continuous growth, and reflect our unique Mercury sales culture.

Working as part of our Sales Learning and Development team, you\'ll collaborate with subject matter experts and sales leaders to turn complex ideas into accessible, performance-driven learning that supports Mercury\'s broader strategic goals. What you\'ll be doing

  • Design and deliver engaging digital and blended learning experiences that build capability and confidence across Sales.
  • Create powerful communications that promote learning programmes and connect our people to what matters.
  • Craft multimedia content that\'s visually striking, interactive, and aligned with Mercury\'s learning principles.
  • Enhance user experience across learning platforms, ensuring a seamless and accessible journey for all learners.
  • Champion quality and compliance through thoughtful, learner-centred design that supports performance and growth.
  • 3+ years\' experience in learning design, communications, or sales enablement.
  • A solid understanding of adult learning and instructional design in digital or blended environments.
  • A creative eye for design — graphic or multimedia skills a bonus.
  • A collaborative mindset and comfort working in an agile environment.
