Qualified Electrician – Fixed-Term Contract (Wellington Based)

$37–$50 per hour | December 2025 to February 2027 | Some Travel to Auckland

Trident Rail, a trusted provider of electrical and infrastructure services across New Zealand’s rail network, is looking for a Qualified Electrician to join our team. We pride ourselves on delivering safe, reliable, and high-quality work while supporting our people with strong leadership and a collaborative environment.

This is a fixed-term role from December 2025 to February 2027, based primarily in Wellington, with occasional project work in Auckland, so flexibility to travel is important.

What We’re Looking For :

• Registered Qualified Electrician with a current practising licence
• Rail experience is an advantage but not essential
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• Safety‑focused, reliable, and ready to step into an active project environment
• Willingness to travel to Auckland when required
