We are now seeking TWO experienced and passionate Restaurant Managers to lead our team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, and food quality control
- Lead, train, and motivate front and back-of-house staff to deliver exceptional service
- Manage inventory, supplier relationships, cost control and Stock levels
- Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase sales
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues efficiently
- Monitor financial performance and assist in budgeting and forecasting
- Manage rosters, wage costs, and inventory.
- Drive revenue and profitability through smart business decisions.
- Understand Social Media and Marketing
Requirements :
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager (preferably in an Indian restaurant)Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsKnowledge of Indian cuisine and dining cultureAbility to work under pressure and maintain high service standardsExcellent problem-solving and customer service abilitiesLCQ and current Duty Managers CertificateFlexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
