Job descriptionLocation : Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch ideally, but we can be flexible for the right candidatePermanent, Full Time Lead Advisor – Infrastructure Delivery This could be the role for you. This role provides high-quality strategic and operational advice to the National Manager, Infrastructure Delivery. You’ll be a key member of the Infrastructure Delivery Leadership Team (IDLT), providing thought leadership and supporting delivery excellence across five regions and multiple stakeholder groups. We’re looking for someone with exceptional advisory skills, commercial acumen, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to work across public and private sector environments in a complex matrix environment. Provide intellectual leadership and analysis of complex issuesYou will find out more about the role here : To be successful in this role, you will bring : Minimum 15 years of experience in advisory roles and delivery rolesStrong written and oral communication skills, including extensive experience preparing a wide range of written outputs, including reports, briefings and presentationsProven ability to work in complex, fast-paced environments and deliver results, adept at prioritisation and workflow managementExperience in both public and private sector settings is welcome – we value diverse perspectives A hands-on approach to delivery excellence and providing high quality outputs, with experience successfully identifying and driving delivery improvements Relevant tertiary qualifications.Competitive salary and benefits package.
