Clinical Manager – Wellington

They are seeking an exceptional Clinical Manager to join their leadership team in a permanent, full-time role.

This position provides specialist clinical leadership to ensure the highest standards of resident care and to support a dedicated care team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the nursing and care teams day-to-day

Oversee clinical standards, compliance, and resident safety

Provide hands-on support with clinical tasks and documentation

Mentor and guide team members to deliver best practice care

Foster a collaborative, supportive workplace culture

Requirements

Current New Zealand Nursing Council registration and APC

Demonstrated experience as a Clinical Manager or Senior RN with leadership responsibilities in aged care

Strong clinical expertise with proven leadership capability

Ability to adapt quickly, manage pressure, and lead through change
