Every day will bring something different, whether you’re helping acustomer through live chat, HubSpot, or over the phone, troubleshooting hearingaids, or keeping our communication systems running smoothly behind the scenes.

While you’ll be based in our beautiful Takapuna office,you’ll also have opportunities to spend time in our Studios, connectingdirectly with our teams and seeing the impact of your work firsthand.

What you’ll bring

• A passion for delivering exceptional customer care and genuine empathy for others.
• Strong communication and listening skills — you know how to make every interaction count.
• Experience using CRM or communication tools such as HubSpot, Monday.com, or Compass (or confidence to learn quickly).
• A talent for problem-solving and explaining technical information clearly and calmly.
