- We’re looking for an AI Engineer to join our growing ITS team and help shape the future of AI-powered business solutions. If you’re passionate about building ethical, secure, and innovative AI applications, this is your opportunity to help us shape the future of AI at KPMG.
Day to day you will
Develop and test AI components across our AI platform suite, such as Copilot Agents in Copilot Studio, AI-powered solutions on KPMG Workbench.Prepare and manage datasets for model training and evaluation, ensuring data quality and security.Integrate AI features into business workflows, leveraging a broad range of development tools and platforms, including but not limited to Power Apps, Power Automate, and connectors for Teams, SharePoint, and APIs.Apply KPMG Trusted AI practices, including bias checks, human-in-the-loop processes, and privacy-by-design principles.Monitor and report on model / application performance, troubleshoot issues, and iterate based on feedback.Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team.About you
Foundational experience in AI / ML development, data preparation, and workflow integration with prior experience with AI development projects.Familiarity with Microsoft Azure AI, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio is a plus.Ability to write clean, well-documented code with basic unit testing.A mindset focused on ethical AI, security, and governance.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively.Life at KPMG
