The Role:

You will be part of a very busy, tight knit hotelteam and will deliver exceptional customer service at the Front and Back ofhouse. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare the service venue including function room, buffet area and back of house set up
• During functions maintain clean, tidy and operational spaces at all times
• Deliver an experience that is valued by customers and builds the Trusts brand
• Post-event dismantle, clean, store and/or dispose of (as appropriate/requested), function items, equipment and furniture
• Report out of date, damaged items, equipment and/or facilities that are not working as soon as practicable
• Clean guest accommodation rooms including bathrooms, bedrooms and windows (as required)
• Clean and restock fridges / mini bars
