Key Skills and Experience

Hands-on experience developing, deploying, and monitoring machine learning systems in production environments.

Proficiency with Python and modern ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).

Experience with SQL, data warehousing solutions (e.g., Snowflake, DBT), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Familiarity with MLOps practices, including CI / CD, model registry, monitoring, and automated retraining.

Demonstrated ability to assess business needs, determine whether to build, buy, or partner for AI / ML solutions, and successfully implement the best approach for the organisation.

Proven ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
