Overview

Our Printed Distribution Team Leader maintains a distribution list of health professionals and practices / medical centres nationwide that will display printed material related to endometriosis and Insight Endometriosis services. The team leader will organise the printing of material in areas across Aotearoa, New Zealand and assign delivery projects to our Delivery Volunteers, maintaining contact with the volunteers regarding their progress and any delivery delays. The Team Leader will also roster our Delivery Volunteers to check in with health practices and medical centres regarding brochure numbers and condition of Insight Endometriosis poster of services.

Responsibilities

  • Organise printing of materials across areas in Aotearoa, New Zealand.
  • Assign delivery projects to Delivery Volunteers and maintain contact regarding progress and delays.
  • Roster Delivery Volunteers to check in with health practices and medical centres regarding brochure numbers and poster condition.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with experience in staff / volunteer supervision, leading a team, and the ability to manage rosters and work to deadlines. The role is remote and an own computer / laptop is required, with internet access, as well as the ability to learn how to use our online work management system.

  • Able to maintain accurate, legible and timely records
  • Tech savvy and confident in learning new systems
  • Willingness and ability to use our online work management system
  • Access to email, text, phone and internet
  • Time commitment

    To fit in with personal commitments, 1-2 hours a week ensuring contact with volunteers to coordinate their delivery work. The role is remote with time and activities managed by the Printed Distribution Team Leader.
