As the first point of contact for Stabicraft, you'll be the voice and face of our brand.
Whether that's answering calls, emails, social media enquiries, or welcoming walk-ins, you'll make sure every interaction leaves people feeling valued, supported, and excited about being part of the Stabicraft journey.Beyond customer interactions, you'll play a key role in keeping our business humming.
From coordinating travel, meetings, and events, to supporting projects and executive tasks, this role offers plenty of variety.What You'll Be DoingDelivering an outstanding customer experience across phone, email, social media, and in-person enquiries.Coordinating with teams across the business to ensure queries are resolved quickly and effectively.Using tools like HubSpot and Microsoft Office to stay on top of tasks and keep things running smoothly.Providing all-round business support – travel bookings, meeting schedules, catering, IT coordination, and more.About YouYou're proactive, people-focused, and thrive on variety.
You love juggling tasks, solving problems, and making things easier for everyone around you.
With strong communication skills and a friendly, professional style, you're the kind of person who makes a great first impression every time.You'll bring : Experience in a customer-focused role where communication is key.Strong organisational and time-management skills – you keep things moving without dropping the ball.Confidence with Microsoft Office and digital tools (bonus points for HubSpot experience).
Professionalism, reliability, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.A positive, team-oriented attitude (and a good sense of humour never hurts!).
