What you’ll do :

• Assist customers with parts and service retail sales and product knowledge.
• Create sales opportunities.
• Welcome and serve customers in the showroom, at the counter, on the phone, and online.
• Supply the workshop with the right parts at the right time.
• Handle parts planning, purchasing, and stock management.
• Contribute to parts and service strategy, upselling, and building sales opportunities.
• Support our service department with bookings, customer communication and aftercare.
