The Role
As a Strategy Implementation Partner, you will have access to a large set of software and tools, which you will combine with your own business experiences to help small and large businesses to succeed. You will operate as a virtual CEO or General Manager, shared across several businesses. In other words, you will educate, guide, mentor, and hold the business owners and their teams accountable for their own results. In our model, you will meet your clients weekly or fortnightly to help manage their key business projects to their goals. We only operate with a select number of businesses for the long term.
Demand for business services is high as most business owners not skilled in running a business as they have more technical skills rather than business or general management skills. We are looking to develop a high-performing team to work directly with business owners.
