Strategy Implementation Partner

We're looking for people who wish to help Business Owners and their teams reach their full potential. You'll be helping business owners and their teams, with business goals, strategy, structure, culture, marketing, sales, operations, finance, HR, business process and systems,and strategy implementation.

You'lldescribe yourself as an excellent communicator, who loves learning, is self-motivated, and yet is still systematic at implementing business solutions with small to large teams. To succeed in this role you will have a positive attitude, drive to succeed, and an ability to get things done.

The Role

As a Strategy Implementation Partner, you will have access to a large set of software and tools, which you will combine with your own business experiences to help small and large businesses to succeed. You will operate as a virtual CEO or General Manager, shared across several businesses. In other words, you will educate, guide, mentor, and hold the business owners and their teams accountable for their own results. In our model, you will meet your clients weekly or fortnightly to help manage their key business projects to their goals. We only operate with a select number of businesses for the long term.

Demand for business services is high as most business owners not skilled in running a business as they have more technical skills rather than business or general management skills. We are looking to develop a high-performing team to work directly with business owners. Key Requirements

A diploma or degree is not essential for this position, practical skills in managing and running businesses are more important. For this opportunity, we're looking for strong business people who have either a corporate background with profit and loss responsibility or have been former business owners looking for a chance to share their wisdom with other business owners.

A key requirementis that you have a minimum of 14+ year'sbusiness experiencewhere you have worked in several industries and roles.

This role requires a mix of marketing and sales activities. Working in a past or current sales role is a key advantage for yourself and to help clients growth their business.
