About the role :

We are seeking proactive and detail‑driven Finance & Accounts candidates to join our Temp Talent Pool and partner with some of our fantastic clients in the Rotorua region. Assignments vary across a broad range of sectors and levels, where your administrative financial skills will be key to supporting the smooth financial operations of our clients’ day‑to‑day businesses. If you thrive in a numbers‑focused environment, value precision, and enjoy supporting teams to succeed together, we want to hear from you!

Skills & Experience :

• Previously demonstrated experience in financial, administrative accounts roles.
• Experience managing accounts payables / receivables, handling financial documentation, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and confident working independently or as part of a team.
• High level of discretion, accuracy and strong attention to detail in all tasks.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new environments, priorities, and tasks.
• Proficient with computers and accounting software (MS Office or Google Suite, Xero or MYOB) and capable of learning new systems quickly.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills and a professional and approachable manner.
