What you'll do :

• Lead and inspire a small, friendly team
• Create genuine connections and deliver expert fittings (full training provided)
• Drive sales, service and store performance
• Oversee rostering, stock, store presentation and reporting
• Be hands‑on - from styling customers to building a positive, empowering culture
