Overview

Are you looking to take Guest Experience to new heights? How would you like to spend your day in one of Auckland’s most iconic tourist attractions? We are currently looking to recruit Casual Guest Experience and Education Hosts to join our team at SEA LIFE Kelly Tarlton’s Auckland.

Responsibilities

  • All roles focus on ensuring guests have the most amazing experiences, with a real focus on FUN.
  • Interact with guests, provide exceptional customer service, and handle queries.
  • Involve caring for animals in our touch tank, answering specialist animal queries, giving animal talks, and hosting education sessions.

About You

  • Passion for guest experience with a focus on fun and a proactive approach to customer service.
  • Positive attitude towards interactions with guests and upselling techniques.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but a desire to work in the entertainments industry is essential.
  • Excellent spoken English and confident presentation skills are required.
  • Experience or knowledge about marine animals is favourable but not essential.
