What you'll do

• Plan and schedule build resources using MS Project (or equivalent), ensuring all client requests are met.
• Coordinate all job lifecycle activities including site readiness, consents, material ordering and subcontractor management.
• Manage job documentation, RFS commitments, risks, and SLAs to ensure accurate reporting and delivery.
• Maintain strong client relationships by providing regular updates on progress, risks and challenges.
• Identify improvement opportunities to enhance project performance and contract margin.
